Gary & Chris, of Gig Harbor, Washington, created Two Snoot Chefs line of gourmet herb and spice blends and Sweet & Spicy Chocolate Bars specifically for the discriminating connoisseur.
Gary is a retired program manager and culinary arts instructor at West Sound Technical Skills Center. He has held this position for 24 years. The culinary arts program was an American Culinary Federation Certificated Program. Gary’s background includes work in fine dining establishments in the Seattle area. While learning his trade in Seattle he worked at Horatio’s, Rossilini’s 4-10, Ray’s Boat House and Boondocks Sundeckers and Greenthumbs. He was the owner/chef of The Clambake Restaurant, a popular seafood restaurant, and The Original Steak & Oyster Restaurant at Gold Mountain Golf Course.
Chris Plemmons, is a Certified Executive Chef, known here in the Northwest not only for creating the most sumptuous and memorable meals but also for his truly extraordinary talent of sharing these skills with others. Chris has a broad scope of experience that includes his current position of Culinary Arts Instructor at Olympic College. In addition to having operated his own restaurant, Christopher’s at the Inn at the Manor Farm Inn in Poulsbo, WA, he served for nine years as the executive chef at the Women’s University Club in Seattle, two years as a regional specialist for Club Corp of America, two years as the executive chef at the Lafayette Club in Lexington, KY, and over three years at FareStart in Seattle.He delights his customers with unique, creative flair, combining regional favorites with international influences and dishing up remarkable creations.
